product: | |
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / B10 - DB2
Problem description: | |
Suboptimal performance can be observe when running a query with the following characteristics: 1. the query runs on columnized tables 2. the query contains an equality predicate and an inequality predicate 3. the inequality predicate can be rewritten to containing only constants and host variables based on the equality predicate An example query: select 1 from col_table where c19 and c1=:HV
