RUNSTATS VIA ADMIN_CMD MAY FAIL WITH SQL1131N ON DB WITH NON-UNICODE MBCS CODEPAGE
product: | |
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A50 - DB2
Problem description: | |
The RUNSTATS command issued via the ADMIN_CMD stored procedure may fail with SQLCODE -1131 if the database has a non-unicode, MBCS code page (e.g. IBM-943). This can happen when an unqualified table name or index name is specified. The error will occur with some table/index name and not others, it depends on the specific multi-byte characters in the object names.
