New mongodb clients are unable to connect to IBM JSON Wire
Listener
Problem description:
New mongo drivers of languages Node.js, Python, Go, C++ are
unable to connect to JSON Wire Listener. Connection using
Mongoose(5.5.10) or node.js driver mongodb(3.2.5 or later) fails
to connect. The mongo node.js driver fails to connect with
error: Unable to connect to the mongodb instance. Error: {
MongoError: Server at 172.18.0.2:27017 reports maximum wire
version 0, but this version of the Node.js Driver requires at
least 2 (MongoDB 2.6) |

Problem description: New mongo drivers of languages Node.js,
Python, Go, C++ are unable to connect to JSON Wire Listener.
Connection using Mongoose(5.5.10) or node.js driver
