WHEN UPGRADING THE INSTANCE, .FENCEDID FILE SHOULD BELONG TO FENCEDID NOT INSTANCEID

Steps to repro:
1. db2_install v105fp10
2. db2icrt -u
3. $HOME/sqllib/ctrl/.fencedID. belongs to fencedid
3. db2_install v111m4fp5
4. db2iupgrade -d
5. $HOME/sqllib/ctrl/.fencedID, belongs to instanceid and inside
.fencedID shows is the fencedid
workaround:
run db2iupgrade -d
or
change the owner and the content
When running db2iupgrade, we need to find out the fencedid of
previous installation |
