ILLEGAL POSSIBILITY TO SWITCH FROM RECOVERY MODE TO SINGLE-USER MODE

| Problem description: |
When engine gets started into Recovery Mode, only valid mode
changes should be a logical restore or assuming a secondary
role.
Trying both 'onmode -s' or 'onmode -m' would fail with 'Cannot
change to Quiescent Mode.' or 'Cannot change to On-Line Mode.'
and server would remain in 'Fast Recovery' mode.
Yet trying 'onmode -j' would also say 'Cannot change to On-Line
Mode.' but server mode nonetheless would change to Single-User
and (admin) users can connect, do read-only SQL, but obviously
not write to the logs. |
