AUS EVALUATOR DOES NOT KEEP THE DISTRIBUTION TO MEDIUM

| Problem description: |
The AUS evaluator does not keep the medium distribution on a
table but transforms it to a high distribution.
update statistics medium for table tjrnl (acct_id, cr_date,
jrnl_id) distributions only;
changes to (from aus_command):
UPDATE STATISTICS HIGH FOR TABLE testdb:tjrnl ( jrnl_id,
cr_date, acct_id ) RESOLUTION 2.500 DISTRIBUTIONS ONLY |
