The issue involves using temp tables in stored procedures and
transactions. If the logic exists such that you can have a temp
table get created and commited in 1 transaction, and then have a
2nd transaction reference the same temp table, and the temp
table is dropped in the transaction, but then the transaction is
rolled back. Then the next time into the stored procedure when
you reference the temp table it can be referencing freed memory
which causes the above failures.
This does appear similar to APAR IC98401. |
