PHYSRECOVER THREAD CAN HANG RESTORING SMART BLOB DATA AFTER FIX FOR IT26556

After the fix for IT26556 was introduced, it's now possible that
certain type of page header corruption in a smart blob page can
cause the restore of the smart blob data to hang.
