SSL LISTEN THREAD CAN HANG INDEFINITELY IN COND WAIT CLOSING PREVENTING FURTHER NEW CONNECTIONS

When the problem occurs you will see the socssllst thread in an
onstat -g ath with this state:
19 46414bf8 0 2 cond wait
closing 1cpu* socssllst
and a stack like:

Client ssl connection attempts will hang and ultimately when the
server is brought down you
may see them report errors like:
$ dbaccess sysmaster -
28014: Secure Sockets Layer error: GSK_ERROR_IO.
ISAM error: too many files open. |
