INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10

While creating an ONLINE index on a dbspace with not enough
space, the engine will Assert Fail if SP_AUTOEXPAND 0.  You will
see a message in online.log like:

enable automatic chunk creation use the OpenAdmin Tool to add
space to the pool.
