INFORMIXHQ: WHEN HDR IS DISCONNECTED AND THEN SUBSEQUENTLY RECONNECTS THERE IS NO ALERT SENT

| Problem description: |
Two alerts are configured. The first is to alert when the HDR
Connection Status is "Disconnected". The second is to alert on
when the HDR Connection Status changes back to "Connected". For
both these alerts, the alerts run "On Change".
If HDR is disconnected due to a network failure and then
subsequently reconnects, the first alert is sent but not the
second alert. |
